Egg Cabbage Masala

  • 2 tsp Kissan Tandoori Masala
  • 1 lb Green cabbage, finely chopped
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • Cilantro and sliced onions for garnish


  1. Beat the eggs with a little water

  2. Heat cooking oil in pan and add cabbage. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add finely chopped onion

  3. Add Kissan Tandoori Masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt

  4. Add the beaten eggs, sauté until it mixes well with the cabbage

  5. Simmer for 4-5 mins until liquid is dry

  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with roti, naan or rice
