Banana Chocolate Muffins with Kissan Tea Masala

  • ½ tsp Kissan Tea Masala
  • 1 ½ cup Ripe Banana, mashed
  • 1 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanila Extract
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and lightly grease muffin pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine bananas, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and honey and mix thoroughly.

  3. Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, protein powder, tea masala, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar in another bowl.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until evenly moistened. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. Spoon batter into a muffin pan. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. 

  6. Cool for 10 minutes the remove muffins from the pan to cool completely.
