These healthy tikka burgers are infused with Indian flavours and paired with this Spicy Vegetable and Bean Soup it’s sure to help warm you up on those cold winter nights.
Tikka Burgers & Spicy Vegetable and Bean Soup Recipe!

- 1 Tbsp Kissan Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Kissan Tikka Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Kissan Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Kissan Curry Masala
- 1 Lb Lean Ground Meat
- 1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- Kissan Fried Onions Garnish
- Salt adjust to taste
- Burger Buns
- Favourite Burger toppings/condiments
- 1 Tbsp Kissan Olive OIl
- 1 Tsp Kissan Hot Chilli Sauce Optional
- 1/2 Tsp Kissan Garam Masala
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Carrots- peeled and chopped
- 1 Tsp Garlic - shredded
- 900 ml Vegetable Broth Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Cooked Kidney Beans rinsed
- Salt adjust to taste

In a medium size mixing bowl, add ground meat and all the ingredients listed above (except cooking oil for frying, buns and condiments) - thoroughly combine.

Shape the mixture into 6 equal size burgers.

Heat Kissan Coconut Oil and pan fry burgers until thoroughly cooked (6 - 7 minutes per side)

Customize completed burger as desired, garnish with Kissan Crispy Fried Onions, Kissan Sweet Chilli Sauce.

In a soup pot, heat Kissan Olive Oil over medium heat.

Add celery, carrots, beans, garlic, salt and Kissan Garam Masala - Stir fry together.

Pour in broth and tomato sauce, cover and simmer approxinately 30-40 minutes until tender.

Add Kissan Hot Chilli Sauce give it a good stir - Serve and Enjoy!
