Switch up your regular taco night to create these tantalizing Simple Tandoori Chicken Tacos. Delicious with fresh guacamole, sour cream and grated cheese, each bite is packed with tandoori flavours that the entire family will enjoy!
Do something fun tonight and make some Simple Tandoori Chicken Tacos!
- 2 tbsp Kissan Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Kissan Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Kissan Olive Oil
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp Plain Yogurt
- Taco shells
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Ripened Avocados
- Sour Cream
- 1 Lemon
- Salt to Taste
In a medium bowl, marinate the chicken with Kissan Tandoori Masala, Kissan Garam Masala, Kissan Olive Oil , yogurt, lemon juice, and salt .
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.
Season with lemon juice and salt to taste.
Chill for half an hour to blend flavours.
Heat 2 tbsp of Kissan Olive oil in a medium skillet over low and cook marinated chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Heat taco shells on the grill or in the oven.
Add the tandoori chicken into the taco shells.
Spoon guacamole and sour cream.
Top with the lettuce, onion and sprinkle with cheese. Serve
