Ever Tried Homemade Vegetable Curry?
Not as easy as simply using a can of Kissan Curry Sauce, but if you are wanting a meal truly from the heart, you’ll want to check out this recipe.
Don't have an easy jar of Kissan Curry Sauce but want an amazing veggie curry? No Problem! Try this easy to follow Recipe!
- 4 tbsp Kissan Desi Ghee
- 1 tbsp Kissan Curry Masala
- 1 tsp Kissan Garam Masala
- 1 large Chopped Onion
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (paste or grated)
- 4 to 6 tbsp Crushed Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb Vegetables
- 1/2 cup Water
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Heat 4 tbsp of Kissan Desi Ghee in a pan then add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger and mix until onions are golden brown.
Add Kissan Curry Masala, crushed tomatoes and salt and saute for a few minutes
Combine Vegetables into mixture, mix well and add water
After Vegetables are thoroughly softened, add Kissan Garam Masala
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with rice, roti or naan.
The fabulous thing about using this recipe is it pairs well with anything so feel free to switch things up if you are tired of your usual Veggie and try with Paneer (or meat too if desired).
